About Orthotics
Orthoses are an excellent aid for both slightly sprained and severely injured animals. It is a practical form of treatment that is not only less costly than many other treatments but is also patient safe and beneficial for rehabilitation purposes. An orthosis can be used before or after surgery, and in some cases can replace surgery altogether. Our unique multi-stage treatment level makes it possible to specifically target and treat different types of injuries and provide controlled rehabilitation.

The orthoses are produced with biomechanical consideration. Grades 2.5 and 3 are neoprene orthoses with thermoplastic splints that are fully moldable to the dog’s anatomy after heating. Grade 3 with Tass is made of a thermoplastic textile that, after heating and fitting, becomes like a plaster. Grade 4 is customized by cast and injury type to provide a comfortable and intimate fit to the dog’s anatomy.
The orthoses are designed to be functional, prophylactic and to facilitate rehabilitation.
