About Orthotics
Orthoses are an excellent aid for both slightly sprained and severely injured animals. It is a practical form of treatment that is not only less costly than many other treatments but is also patient safe and beneficial for rehabilitation purposes. An orthosis can be used before or after surgery, and in some cases can replace surgery altogether. Our unique multi-stage treatment level makes it possible to specifically target and treat different types of injuries and provide controlled rehabilitation.

The orthoses are produced with biomechanical consideration. Grade 2.5 and 3 are neoprene orthoses with thermoplastic splints that after heating are fully moldable to the dog’s anatomy. Grade 3 with Tass is made of a thermoplastic textile that after heating and fitting becomes like a plaster. Grade 4 is customized according to the cast and type of injury to get a comfortable and intimate fit of the dog’s anatomy.
The orthoses are designed to be functional, prophylactic and to facilitate rehabilitation.
